tyres & engine mounts

After months of not being able to spend money on project star gemini, i am going to splash out on tyres. which ones do i need? and if its maxxis green, which ones as tal-ko sell two types. Even worse while parts were boxed up ( builders were in) i have lost my wooden dummy engine mounts and the wife wont let me start cutting metal in the new kitchen. so i am after a pattern for the engine mounts. yamaha 250 engine. thanks for any help

Stu., why not buy the club conrtol tyres ?? A lot cheaper than Maxxis,plus if you intend to race you have to have them anyway,What year is your chassis and what year is your engine ?? The newest one decides which class you will be in,just looked,250 Yam you will be in Class 4 Classic, so when you order them from Peter thats what you need HTH

Thanks Steve, i have p,m'd peter so hopefully i will be able to collect from race retro. my kart is 1980 and the engine is ( at the moment) 1980 RD250 E
