Good thread Steve,

I beleive that Harm Schuman (sp?) the dutch kart collector was trying to have something made up recently in the far east, and that the dutch karters have some of the test tyres to trial so im sure the situation will improve and they will come onto the market at some point.

also there is an american company that is remaking bluestreaks, they work out at about $130 a pair shipped, but beware - they are as hard as the old bluestreaks at 65D (Green Vega's which are often used are 55D)

I would be interested in the blue streaks and if they are a bit hard that will suit me (will last longer). Can any one tell me what sizes they do and who exactly is remaking them.

A guy called Gus Gustafson is marketing them. For some unknown reason I can't post a link to the website but his company is called Arrow Racing. You will find the website if you Google arrow racing wheels.

I contacted him last year about importing some but I didn't pursue it unfortunately. It would be worth trying again. If there's enough interest we might get a good price for quantity.
