Two-piece BM F100 crankshaft
I´m slowly starting repair my Birel Fox.BM engine have two-piece crankshaft.Does anyone have any information about the repair,replacement?

Hi Peter
If the crankpin is undamaged then you just change the big end as any other crank. If the crankpin is damaged too badly to be reused then I'm afraid that I don't know of any way of repairing it. It may be possible to hard chrome it but I don't know of anyone who has done this successfully. It should be possible to use a Parilla crank as a replacement.

Thanks for your answer Peter.It is clear to me what and how,you just confirmed to me what I thought.
I have a very good friend who will repair the crankshafts for race 2stroke engines.We will analyze the crankshaft and see what can be done.
New IKO bearing i have,itś no problem.
